What is the Learn to Code Workshop?
The Learn to Code Workshop is a beginner-friendly introduction to coding. Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. By the end of the workshop, you'll have built your very own website!
Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning to code. You don't need any prior experience - we'll start from the very basics. Whether you're a student, a professional, or just someone who's curious about coding, you're welcome to join us!
What will you learn?
Over the course of the workshop, you'll learn how to create web pages with HTML, style them with CSS, and add interactivity with JavaScript. You'll also learn about the basics of web development, including how to host your website on the internet.
When and where is the workshop?
The workshop meets once a week for 8 weeks. We offer both in-person and online options, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Our in-person workshops are held in San Francisco, and our online workshops are held via Zoom.
Who will be teaching the workshop?
Our instructors are experienced developers who are passionate about teaching. They'll be there to guide you every step of the way and answer any questions you have.
How much does the workshop cost?
The workshop costs $500 for the 8-week program. We offer a limited number of scholarships for students and those in financial need. Contact us to learn more.
